Weigh In!!!

Hello everyone!

This was my first week of juddding. I have had a pretty decent week with no slip ups and even some exercise :eek: I thought I had forgotten how :p

So I had my first weigh in today, 7.4.10. 3lbs lost! :D Pretty happy with that. Hope to keep it up next week :)

How is everyone else doing this week?

Yay well done! It really is good when you stick to it :) I haven't been so good this week, all my friends have come home for Easter and I have eaten out every night for about 4 days :eek: Oh well I'll get back on it from Friday hehe x

Wow well done! I lost 4 last week but had FAR more up days than down this week so not optimistic at all for WI this week!
 
Thanks for the support everyone! :)

This week has been 'interesting' so far haha. Food-wise it's been a bit of a catastrophe, but nevermind. I am just about to go out for a nice walk, having decided running is not in my genes :p Pilates and walking for me I reckon!

Second weigh-in...

I decided to have my weigh-in this morning. - 1lbs for me :) I can only be happy with that really because my self-control has been somewhat non-existent ;)

Think I'll do some Pilates later on, I actually really enjoy it! Which is not something I can often say about exercise.
