Nearing my Goal

Hey guys,
I haven't been on this site for a good while now, its good to be back.
How are all of ye doing?
I have stopped my LT after being on it for about 4 weeks.
LT has helped me lose 9.35kg during the 4 weeks I was on it.
5th week on the refeeding, I lost another 900gms.
6th week onwards with just diet control alone, eating less than 1000 calories per day, I only lost 200gms.
7th week onwards still on the same diet, I lost 400gms.
And now today on the 8th week I lost 1.7kgs!
So thats my story so far, I'm going to stay on my diet of around 1000 calories per day, and so far things are going great, I think the biggest difference LT made for me was;
It helped open my eyes to how eating can be a habit for all of us, when eating should in fact be for replenishing energy it has become more of a habit/hobby. If we are not hungry we should not be eating or should be eating very minimally.
I found that LT has also to a certain extent, decreased my appetite, ie I feel full rather quickly and do not feel the need to eat as much or as often.
Everybody has been complimenting me on my new look so far, from a BMI of 28 now down to 23.5, clothes fit so much better.
Guess things are going great so far, another 2 more kg to lose to reach my ideal weight.
For all you guys starting LT or going thru it so far, the end result is worth it. Stay strong and emerge victorious for not only your looks, self esteem and confidence, but also your health (my cholesterol dropped from 6.4-->4.1 Im only 25!!).
