Reservatol??

Can i ask if we need the tablets Reservatol to do this diet?
Or are they just a bonus?
And where do we get them if we do have to get them?

They are just a bonus, I dont think anyone here uses them but I may stand corrected.

Nope I don't think you need them, I haven't heard of anybody using them. Maybe they work, or maybe they'd just be a waste of money. Although if you do want some most health food shops do stock reservatol so if you want to give them a try just pop to your local health food shop and ask them. One thing reservatol is good for the heart, so won't do you any harm taking them just good, haven't heard much about how they work on weight loss. Good luck hun x

Know this is an old post - just wondering if anyone has tried taking them alongside JUDDD? I bought some today from Holland and Barrett to try them out - they are HUGE! X

Got them from Holland and Barrett, they were fairly expensive but are buy one get one half price at the moment so I have a 2 month supply! I just figured they were worth a try - and hopefully won't give me the hangover that red wine does hehehe x
