Morning guys
I am pleased to tell you that I have found my enthusiasm for the plan again and I'm back on track 110%. I'm starting my new group on Wednesday (it was cancelled last week due to weather) looking forward to it!
Anyway, I am going to Alton Towers in June for my mum's birthday and I've read somewhere that the rides only accomodate people up to a 52inch waist, so I measured myself and I'm 58"!!! Ok so what I need to know is how much weight do I need to lose to lose the inches? And is there anything else I can do to boost losses? I've been eating the super free speed food soup and I'm going to start drinking my green tea again and I'm planning on hitting the gym 2 - 3 times a week... but what else can I do? Give me your tips!
I know this sounds extreme but knowing that I won't fit in anything at the park has made me want to lose weight more than ever and if there's a way to speed it up then I want to give it a try!
