I was not sure where to post this but seeming though I am with SW I thought I would ask here. Does anyone take Adios alongside there diet? Do they work or are they a waste of time and money? I only ask because I just saw the advert on telly.

My friend is taking them, tho not on SW and hasnt found them making any difference what so ever

Other people might have other experiences But I know they havent worked for her
