Potatoes...

Hi,

My hubby has put on the new potatoes to cook in the steamer, and said there was 180grams for a portion... this is pre-cooked weight. I was wondering if anyone can tell me how many points is in them?

in the ww book it states 1point for 100g, is this for raw or cooked weights... sometimes I get so confused lol

its for raw, so i would count the 180g portion as 2 points

i dont eat potatoes really beacuse of this, i cant point them properly myself!! lol

Im glad i saw this as was just about to post about the same thing! Love em hot with a meal also cold the day after with a salad. Num.
