Hi All,

Just after some advice, I did LL two years ago. Lost 5stone but didn't get to goal & had a baby soon after so gained practically all the weight back :(

Tried to get back on the wagon at xmas but just couldn't seem to do it. I have about 4 weeks of packs from then so don't know if to use them to see if I can get back on as really really want to loose this weight now. Should I maybe try LLL with these ones ?? Not tried that before ....

Hope someone can give me some help/motivation

Hi United99!

I lost 7 1/2 stone 2 years ago, felt brilliant, but didn't stick to the route to management. I thought I could go off "eat healthy" and gym it everyday of the week.....it just doesn't work, I put it all back on.

I tried everything for half the year, slimming world, WW, and Cambridge. Nothing worked as well as lighter life.

I was 22 stone exactly on the 1st Jan 2010.

As of today I have lost 5 1/2 stone, and feel so good, second time united99 the benefits for you over the first time you did it is the following:

1. You've done it before, you CAN do this again! - It's hard but worth it.

2. You'll know where you've slipped up, your trigger foods, and you can learn from your mistakes.

3. You have the little one to inspire you!

- Hope this helps, best of luck. I was in a similar situation to you and was so sad, upset, and unhappy.

Do it again, make it the last time, change your life for the better, after all you can't stop time, in the long run it's so worth it.

All the best, and keep us updated.

Rich :)

Hi United - what a fabulous post from Richy. I hope that has inspired you to have another go.
You have your 10month old baby
You have your holiday in Lanzarote to look forward to.
Losing that 5 stone again would give you so much more energy and confidence.
You could be well on your way by summer - just think how you will feel.
If the time is right you'll do it, otherwise it doesn't matter what people tell you.
My advice would be - try again, stay on it till you get to your goal and then be sure to do RTM. It does seem the most likely way to be able to maintain. It certainly worked for me.
Good luck whatever you decide.
