I've just made some mini quiches using quark and was wondering what else Quark can be used for.

There are loads of threads about Quark hun and it's many uses! Why not do a search and see what you come up with? To get you started... I use it with pesto to stuff chicken breasts and also I mix an Options into a tub and make a lovely mousse type dessert xxx

Last week I mixed it with a FF vanilla yogurt and some lemon juice, popped it in the freezer for a bit and served with a meringue nest. It was delicious.

sorry iv got a really silly question what is quark and which isle in the supermarket is it on

It's a really low fat cream cheese and you can usually find it with the other cream cheeses.
