1000 plan?

thinking of moving up the plans but have lost my cd book with allowed foods in, where else can i find this info please?

can anybody help?

it would take a while to type everything out as there are loads of options, the best thing to do would be ring or email your CDC and ask her to send you a book through the post if you wont be seeing her for a while, i would scan them and send to you but unfortunatly my scanner isnt working
