Hi guys I just had a go at making this and it was really yummy, so I thought I'd share.
Base:
28g Branflakes- crushed (taken as HE B = syn free)
1 Egg
1 Tbs Splenda
mix them all together and spoon into oven dish, compact with a spoon.
Cake:
2 Tubs of Quark
6 Tbs Splenda
2 Tbs vanilla flavouring
1 Punnet of blueberries
Mix all together and spoon on top of the base.
Bake for 30 minutes (roughly, or until golden brown) at 200 degrees, and then leave to cool for an hour or so.
It's free if you count the branflakes as a HE B (you could eat the whole thing!), or 4 and a half for the whole cake. It can be cut into four, so, 1syn a slice.
It isn't like real cheesecake, but it's really quite nice, and a good slimming substitute
