Sorry guys it is not a pretty subject!I am in pain is this something that will get worse due to the diet? Is there anything I can do to reduce constipation and therefore also the chance of getting haemorhoids in the future?

Doctors maybe?


Ive never had them but I can believe it cant be nice.

Too soften the **** maybe have those lowcarb choccy that always worked for me.....

Try these... although I don't take them everyday, just when I haven't been for a while & they get me moving!!!
COL-Clear colon cleanse & tone with goldenseal. Colon toner & cleanser

If not try the fabulously named TNT for when yr really stuck!!!
Nat-Lax TNT colon cleanser

Oh sorry to hear you're suffering, apart from flaxseeds I don't know what'll help dietwise, just hope you get it sorted soon

Thanks for your replies everyone- I went and got psyllium husks to try as apparently they help provide your body with fiber...lets hope it works

You have to drink loads of water or the flaxseed blocks you up. It needs water to work.
