Hi all, according to my pharmacy I am now at target weight, 11 stone, 5ft 6 and 3/4" with a bmi of 24.2. However I went back to the Lipotrim site and entered my details at it says i have a bmi of 25 and I am overweight and I was going to start the refeed, I do look skinny, I am quite happy to go on a bit longer, but the pharmacy won't let me do it for much longer. Every chart u look a is different, I find if I look online I am overweight on all the charts still....confused.com, any comments or help appreciated!

According to Calculate your BMI - Standard BMI Calculator you are now 24.3, congratulations.
Thanks for replying, maybe it is because when I enter my height I have to put 5ft 6 as I am nearer to that than 5ft 7 and maybe it is pretty pathetic and makes a difference, anyhow, still umming and arring over starting the refeed, other half is nagging and it's only been 8 weeks!

The link above is a good one 'cos you can put 6.75 in the inches bit, it doesn't need whole numbers. I always seem to be something and a half pounds and get frustrated when I have to round up or down, Daft I know, it doesn't make that much difference but I like it to be accurate
