Tuna Fishcakes
300g Sweet potato - boiled and mashed
185g tin tuna in spring water - Drained
1 Spring onion - chopped
Salt and Pepper

1 egg - beaten

28g Polenta - 1 syn

Mix all the top list of ingredients together.
Bind together with about half of the egg.
Divide into four and shape into fishcakes.
Roll in the polenta.
Shallow fry using frylight.

Lovely and only 1 syn(extra Easy) for all four.:p
 
mmmmsounds good must give this 1 ago kids will like it 2!! x
 
Yes, you could use cous cous but it would give a more crunchy texture.

By the way the polenta is 5 syns for 28g, not the 1 given in the recipe.
