Ingredients

[/FONT][FONT=&quot]2 Red Onions
4 Carrots
400g Parsnips
500g Baby Potatoes
165g x 4 Chicken Breasts
0pts Green Vegetables (i.e. green beans, spinach)
2 tbsp of Olive Oil
2 tbsp of Honey
1/2 sliced Lemon
1/2 Lemon juice

Method
1. Roast onions, carrots, parsnips and baby potatoes with 2 tbsp of olive oil in a roasting tray for 15 minutes in 180 degree Celsius oven.
2. Add chicken breasts and 1/2 sliced lemon with 2tbsp of honey.
3. Return to oven for 35-40 mins.
4. Serve with 0pts green vegetables.[/FONT]
