Quorn and Vegetable Casserole
this is not a ww recipe and I have worked out the points myself.

Ingredients
1. Heat a large saucepan with Frylight and fry onions and garlic for 5 mins.
2. Add quorn and fry for a further 3 mins.
3. Add pepper and carrots and fry for 5 mins sitrring regularly.
4. Add stock, milk, thyme and philly, bring to boil then reduce heat to a gentle simmer for 5 mins.
5. Add broad beans and simmer for a further 10 mins.
6. Serve with 250g mashed potato (2.5 ponts)

- 1 medium Pepper, red, chopped
- 2 small carrot(s), chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Kraft Philadelphia Light
- 1 tablespoon Marigold Health Foods Ltd Swiss Vegetable Bouillon Powder, dissolved in 1/4 pint boiling water
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 120 g broad beans
- 3 portion quorn fillet, sliced
- 1/4 pint semi-skimmed milk
