ok yes they are not the most tastiest things in the world but they are more edible than the shakes...just got back from work and decided to make one..burnt it a little but just adds the the flavour finally summit to eat!!! having this then going to stomach the chicken soup im so glad i got something i could chew on! :drool: :drool: :drool: :rotflmao:

just one question i suppose it doesnt matter if you have your sachet like this does it???

Wow i'm impressed, my attempt at chocolate muffins was a real disaster... looked like cooked cow s**t! and didn't taste much better! I don't have any of the soups usually bue got some last night to try and make poppodoms or crisps! Tried the lemon bar today and tried to make lemon biscuits in the microwave, again another failure!
 
i tried one last night and it was a complete disaster!! :)

Hi Jodie, you can make your food packs into what you want, as long as you only use the food packs with the recommended items, like the sweeteners or tabasco, water etc.
But you are only supposed to do this once a day, because they tend to lose their nutrients.
Also you are only supposed to have one bar a day, I have at times had to have two, but you usually pay for it by spending time on the toilet!
 
Ramekin dish, choc pack, half nut crunch bar crumbled in, four crushed sweetners, generous teaspoon coffee. Mix with small amount hot water to very thick paste then micro for about 2 mins.

Really yummy, bit like a brownie!!

oh no it did look like cow sh*t but tasted better than drinking the shakes! gave me summit to chew on haha lets say it didn't taste of chocolate.....I am to scared to try and make the popodums just incase i make an ar*e of it :rotflmao:
The popodoms are fairly easy. Just make a soup mix into a paste (4-5 dessert spoons cold water) then spread quite thinly onto a dessert plate and microwave for about 2 mins. It will go golden in colour. I then take it ou to cool and then break into bits, yummy just like crisps! Alot better than the soups themselves - yuck:sick:
 
:D Me too...just sent my other half out to get me some greaseproof paper:drool: I'm hungry now at the thought of crunchy poppodoms!
 
no my counsellor said that it was better to put them onto that and then into the microwave! Maybe you can bake them though?:D
 
I make choc muffins and lemon bars all the time but never managed the poppadoms!
 
You get a choice of 4 different bars on LL.

Lemon, Fruit, Toffee and Nut Crunch.

You will only be allowed these once you have entered Ketosis, and even then you are only allowed one per day.

To make really tasty Lemon Biscuits -
Chop the lemon bar into about 8 pieces. Put 4 on a plate evenly spaced and then microwave them until they expand! (about 30-40 seconds) Watch them as they may burn!!

Leave them to cool whilst you do the same again with the other pieces, and then enjoy some really tasty, crispy, lemon biscuits!! mmmm! they are yum!
 
When you go for your pop in they will ask you to pee on a stick. If it goes pinkish then you are in ketosis and your LLC will let you swap some packs for bars.
