Good and bad

So I have now lost 18 lbs which is amazing but came home from stressful day at work, packing house to move after work tomorrow and I ate a piece of white fish and frozen veg that I poached in water. STUPID. Am I a lost cause or just start tomorrow as day 15 like it should be? So annoyed and sad. :(. I should be celebrating instead of kicking myself...
 
To be honest fish and veg (unless the veg was starchy e.g. potatoes) are not likely to bring you out of Ketosis so just put it down to experience and move on. Tomorrow is another day - don't beat yourself up. Remember any diet should be taken one day at a time!
