Wholegrain

I have looked on the slimming world website and it states you can have a 27g oats so simple packet with a wholegrain ryvita are all ryvitas wholegrain?

I think it means a wholegrain ryvita CRACKERBREAD, although it's not clear, but that's what I was told.
The wholegrain crackerbread are in a different shape box, Tesco usually have them.

I've got wholegrain ryvitas, there in the green packet

All the Ryvita crispbread are wholegrain, the green packet are multigrain, my favourites, but I think the one that's part of a heb with the oatsosimple is supposed to be a crackerbread, not that it's going to add many syns if you have a normal Ryvita.
Crackerbreads are 1 syn each
original or dark ryvita are 1.5 syns each
multigrain are 2 syns each

oh dam! i have the sesame one they are 1.5 syns each so i will add an extra 0.5 syns for it.
