Hi again

I have spoken with Head Office to a lady who explained everything fully!

There is only the traditional 12 week management option in the beginning and this is paid for on a weekly basis.

The lifestyle choice kicks in after you have completed the 12 weeks and is actually called Management Advanced or another one called Healthy Living when you commit and pay for four week blocks depending on your personal choice and how many packs you need per week.

So now I actually know what I am planning to do at the end of my Foundation - yipee!!

Thanks for the clarification - Our LLC explained about these and called them "courses" I think. She does not push them at all; there was a lady there wondering and the LLC said she thought she didn't need to do one. Obviously not profit motivated which is great! So you can come to meetings for nothing if you want support.
