Oops answered my own question lol, i bought them from sainsburys but theres no syn value for them, i'll assume that its the same!! x

pesty Fighting the bulge 30 March 2010 #7 Thats a good point - these values dont say with or without skin!? Theres normally and asterisk if they're free without skin so i would assume they're not but what are they without skin? This makes no sense lol
