oh dear - I have these just plain ones and just treat them as normal chicken !!

Oops answered my own question lol, i bought them from sainsburys but theres no syn value for them, i'll assume that its the same!!

Thats a good point - these values dont say with or without skin!?

Theres normally and asterisk if they're free without skin so i would assume they're not but what are they without skin?

This makes no sense lol
 
It says in the old posts that some are injected with sugars and fats which make them syn high.
However there is a lot of conflicting posts about it. anyone know the up to date information??
