Diet Drinks

Hey guys,

Another question, I'm a great lover of diet drinks, diet cola in particular. I promise I dont have an addiction its just like a treat for me. Does anyone know of any drink you are allowed to have as I've checked out Caffeine free diet coke and that contains aspartame and I know thats a no go. I have found another drink called diet rite but believe thats only in the US!!

Help! Water is seriously getting boring and I dont want to break being good.

I love Coke Zero! Im crazy for it, and doubt very much that i will be able to stick to water only, as i dont drink coffee.

The only thing with diet drinks is the citric acid in it can stall some people... but coke zero doesn't have it.x

Again aspartame is a health thing and not an Atkins issue, I'd go for the coke zero myself.

is coke zero caffeine free aswell?
