Keen to start LL, but nurse wouldn't sign form

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone else has had a prob with their practice nurse not signing your health questionnaire?

I went today and she said my bp was a little high, do did best of 3 readings, the 3rd was spot on, but she wants me to get it redone in 3 weeks time.

Also, she said she wouldn't sign the form and I'd have to ask my GP as I'm on antidepressants.

I can understand that she's being cautious, but I've never had a problem with my blood pressure and with regards to my medication, it's monitored regularly - feeling a bit down as I would like to start the diet asap.

Any solutions?

Don't worry just yet.

You will prob need to be assessed by your GP only because you are on prescribed medication.

Talk to your GP and take in info about LL. Some of them are still not aware of the structure of the diet.

If your blood pressure is high, then LL can only do it good!
