Just saying hello, new to this, think I am doing it right

Hi started Extra Easy today , think I am doing it right.

B: Magic porridge with Toffee mullerlight, apple and banana. HeX B
S: Pink and White 2.5 syns
L: 2 slices bacon, mushrooms, 2 tomatoes and 2 eggs scrambled.
T: Chicken, new potatoes, brussels and carrots, mullerlight
Supper: Rice krispies 5.5 syns and milk HeX A
