i love chicken super noodles, but the last few packets i have had the taste has been off....does any one know if they have changed something (wondering if syn value has changed) or is it just me??

do you mean the low fat ones, they are now chicken and herb but i think taste the same lol

The low fat supernoodles are free.
The normal supernoodles, chicken and bacon flavours, are indeed 10 syns.
