Wii fit

Hiya Chelsea,
I think the Wii fit is a great idea to excercise in your home. Not only that the Wii in general is great for a good family and friends night in.
You would need to buy the Wii Console, I got mine from Sainsburys which was £135 with 1 controller and a free game. My Wii fit plus was bought from Game and was about £65 which was for the board and the game iteself. As the console only had 1 controller I bought an additional one which was £25.
If you search on the internet there are some great deals out there.

It's worth buying!
I have had my mine for a year and half now and i use it almost everyday!
It's fun and you don't even feel like your doing alot but it is working for you, all in fun & games way!

its great fun especially like racht said its great for friends over. i'm in ireland so the prices are different (probably alot more expensive!!) but i'd recommend it. unfortunately its hard to say if it will be your thing or not so bear that in mind. i have one but only use the wii fit for weighing

They are great fun and can provide some really high impact calorie burning exercises. If you are going to be using it for fitness I would suggest you have a look around and get one that is packaged with the wii fit or wii fit plus.
Games are cheap enough to buy for them. There are always sales on and the likes of games trade in/pre-owned service!

Absolutely ideal if you don't have the time to get out to the gym etc. I only have something like half-hour time slots to fit in exercise, so there's no way I could go to a class or anything!
I don't know what console packages are out there, but the Wii Fit comes as a package (with board) and I would say you'll need a nunchuk as well as a controller.
