Move from LL to LT>

Hi Lucy, I have no idea what LL packs taste like, but the LT ones are okay. Some people really struggle with them, and I only have chocolate, but everyone is different. I think that it is a good thing that the shakes aren't too fantastic as they stop you from wanting food or extra packs!

I have just finished my first week and didn't like the vanilla one bit, the choc shake is great made into a mocha coffee with a sweetner in, the soup is not too bad and i also like the peanut 'flapjack'. Not tried the strawberry shakes as not a fan of milkshakes anyway but I find the whole TFR to be ok.

the vanilla shakes are ok i use them as milk in my coffee so split it through out the day i cant taste the difrence to be honest its sweet too so it tastes like sugary coffee dun that way.the strawberry shakes are yummy if u do it with ice cold water and do 300ml rather than 240 just to thin it out a little. the flapjacks are vile but the soup is lovely. its all trial and error some like what others dont but all in all there quite nice
I believe the LL shakes taste the same as the LT shakes and CD shakes, all at one time were made in the same place... not sure if it is still the same set up or not.
Also LL use to have similar tasting flapjacks.
I found the LT shakes tasted very similar to CD shakes.

hiya, i did lighterlife for the first few weeks of my weight loss and switched to lipotrim as it is cheaper and didnt really find any difference in the two although i only like chocolate and vanilla shakes i didnt like any others on lighterlife or lipotrim lol i am sure you will be just fine on this diet :-D x
