I need your help! Please.

Hi. I have always struggled with my weight (i'm sure alot of you have too!) but in the past i have managed to lose weight with WW. However loses were painfully slow even when i was following the programme and decided i needed a change so start doing SW. I have been happy woth loses so far and now had my head around the fact that i could only expect to lose 1lb a week which i would be thrilled with.

But this week i have stayed the same and i dont know why. I have been keeping a food diary. I usually do EE but this week did 2 red days for the first time. I drink plenty of water/squash/tea each day and usually average around 10 syns per day.

Can anyone give me any advice on what has worked for them.

Some weeks your weight will STS, it's just the way it goes. Don't panic, stick to the plan and see what WI brings this week.
It's not a race. If you have stuck to the plan you will lose all your weight. I had quite a few weeks when my weight STS, I didn't lose double the week after, like some people do after a STS, but I plodded on and eventually got to my target.
Be prepared for this and you will cope with it, you have done really well so far, well done.
 
a pound a week is healthy my dear! and maybe u stayed the same because its *week? maybe its just water retention!!

honestly hun if you saw my weight loss tracker you would cry!! i stay the same, gain, lose, lose again, stay the same, lose, gain and so on! heaven knows how our body works!!

What you need to remember is the slower it comes off the better it is for you, and have fun while your losing enjoy your food, enjoy ur activities and soon you will enjoy the weight loss too xx
 
Thank you all for your advice and encouragement. I am determined not to give up so will plod on, i agree itshealthier to lose weight slowly but still cant help wishing it was a bit faster.
