Hi All
Here is a bit about myself... Im 34 years old and im now desperate to loose some weight. I have never had a problem with my weight but 2 years ago i was seriously ill and due to the illness I couldnt do much for about a year. But the good news is I have recovered and but I have put on just over 2 stone!! So I have decided to do some slimming world and I want to put my food diary on here just in case im not doing it right!! Please tell me what you think. Thanks Everyone

Here's my diary for today im doing extra easy

Breakfast
Porridge with water (5 syns)

Grapes, 2 ryvita's origional (HExB)

LUNCH
Greek salad, which has mixed salad leaves, sweetcorn, tomatoes, beetroot, Olives (1 syn), Feta Cheese (HExA) and Pitta bread (3.5)

Muller rice - (now this is something that im not having again as its 6 syns im going back to Muller light yoghurt)

TEA
Sausage casserole This was made with light choice cumberland sausages (2 syns), carrots, peas, tin of beans, tin of tomatoes and potatoes.

Total syns - 17.5

Looking good... just to let you know - you can make your own rice pudding which is free on green and really nice...

Boil some pudding rice until soft, drain, tip into bowl and sprinkle over sweetner, then simply tip a pot of vanilla muller light over the top and stir.

Lush!
 
Well i will definitely try that one Louise.... thanks for the recipe it looks like rice pudding is back on my list haha! Im just hoping to get my weight down... im sooooo determined to do it this time i just hope i do it!

Hello All heres todays meals..... Green day

BREAKFAST
Porridge (HExB) with Milk (HExA)
Ryvita x 1 = 1.5 syns

Grapes

LUNCH
Chilli risotto
Muller light
Pear

TEA
Sweet potatoe, beans, tuna (HExb) with onions and light mayonnaise
2 x crackers 1.5
low fat cheese spread HEXa)

2 biscuits 6 syns

Syns - 9 syns
 
Tuesday

A red day it is today here it is so far

Breakfast i had porridge (HExB) and milk (HExA)
2 Ryvitas (HExB)

Lunch
Bacon and cheese (HExA) panini (3.5points)
Diet coke

Tea
Bacon and feta cheese (3pts) salad

So far today I have only had 6.5 points... can people tell me if i should have 15 points per day or is this ok?
 
Ok i got that off another site and i cannot find the syns again so will go with your judgement and that raises my syn level anyway and so i now feel better haha :)
