Hi could anyone tell me syn values for special k mini breaks .....Thanks.xxx

I searched for mini breaks and found this thread, anyone any idea how many syns for special K mini breaks on green and red?
I finally found something that looks as if it might be OK or low syn (we don't have much of the same stuff in the supermarkets over here).
Its got 98Kcal & 2grams of fat per sachet.

Sorry guys I should have searched a bit more I found this thread.

So it's 5 syns all round, not as good as I had hoped :(

i luv the chocolate mini breaks, i dont think 5 syns is too bad as if you think about it your 15 syns a day is 5 syns per meal so a bag of mini breaks and a banana for breakfast on the go is good as my breakfast 5 syns :)

Claire, I've been trying to stick to about 6 syns a day, and thats taking into account that I like 1 sugar in my coffee  generally I might have a couple of squirts of fry light to fry my fish/meat and occasionally an extra slice of wholemeal bread if I'm on the move (above my HEXB allowance). Luckily we have a "healthy counter"at my works cantine so it's quite easy for me to stick with the program :) and as an extra plus they put a 20% unhealthy "tax"on stuff like chips so that the healthy stuff gets a 20% reduction :D oh and the hard boiled eggs are as cheap as (untaxed) chips
I've even started using splenda occasionally to reduce my coffee syns, but I'm still finding this difficult :(.

lol i do try to only have 5-10 syns a day but when my daughter has baby group at 10am (so we have to be up and out the house by 9:30) i find their great and keeps me going though 1 1/2 hours or bordem .... ooops i mean fun .... at baby group and then 1 - 1 1/2 hours of shopping after baby group till i get home again for lunch ! :)

Claire you definately have to keep up your energy levels with kids, they can sense any weakness, then they go for the jugular :)
1 1/2 hours of shopping a day, that would finish me off for sure

lol i think of it as my exercise for the day lol :)

compared to the 1 1/2 hours of sitting down doing nothing at baby group doing the weekly shop wakes me up again :) ..... it would take less time if she didn't insist on walking round!... as long as i keep going i'm alright. its when i stop and sit down i get bored and feel tired.... we had baby group yesterday so when i got home i made lunch then made syn free red onion chutney then a massive batch of bubble and squeak some for tea (with WW sausages) and some to freeze.... then had tea and cleared up after then got daughter off to bed .... it wasn't till i sat down at about 9:15 that i realised i had been on the go all day and other then baby group and to eat hadn't stopped since 8am ! ..... then i felt tired !

i'm off to get daughter to bed now as my feet are in need of putting up and my muller light for dessert is calling me :) i'm not sure when she gets her energy from but she is still full of it and she still needs a quick bath before bed as she is covered from head to toe in cottage pie and strawberry mini milk :)
