Hi guys,
I left a VLCD a couple of weeks ago, did the whole refeed thing etc. and after my first week I'd stayed the same weight pretty much, however on my second week, I've found that the weight is creeping up no matter what I do.
After leaving the VLCD my weight was 96.9kg, by the end of the first week it was 97.3kg, and now nearing the end of the second week it's 98.5kg, wtf?
I've been eating lean meats and salads, following a SW-type plan of 'syns allowances', and I've had plenty of exercise, so I don't understand why it's going up. The only thing I can think of is I haven't been drinking enough water, but is that enough to cause weight gain? Is it even fat?! I hope it's just water weight.
