I am absolutely craving a chicken mayo baguette (or half a french stick actually)!! I know the extra light mayo can be counted and the chicken free, also the lettuce and cucumber i would put in it are free. How many syns in the french stick? I cant substitute that for anything else or i would but nothing else will do im afraid! Ive been like this all week and keep being strong thinking it will pass but its not going to :-(.

yes i think so :-( its rubbish isnt it! terrible amount of syns but i think im going to have to have one at the weekend regardless. Cos my craving wont go away. Just worried if i do have one it wont end there.

why don't you have a wholemeal roll with it instead? it might satisfy the craving? worth a try

that is a good idea actually, thanx. I dont always use my heb until bedtime and then have cereal for supper if i still need to eat them, so using both heb for 2 w/m bread rolls or even 1 larger w/m sub - as long as i weigh it may very well work. Brilliant!
