Red Days worse of the two evils??

ok i am doing a red day today and am going out for lunch in ask which one of the two would you say is a better choice ???

i have already had 5 syns!!

salmon with various veggies and sauce made with pesto wine and new pots

or

chicken - pretty much the same but with white wind in the sauce??

i'll have sparkling water to drink on the side

personally go with the salmon but ask if they can put the sauce on the side and then you can leave it if you want

i ended up going for cod with sundried tomatoes, rocket and steamed veggies but it was topped with quite a greasy bread crumb which removed most of!

infact! i am going to try and make this at home! cod topped with breadcrumbs HEXb cherry tomms maybe a little pesto and steamed veggies on the side eh!
