Healthy Extras

Hi everyone. Quick question about healthy extras, as I'm doing the extra easy plan on my own I don't have a list of the healthy extras.. Could anyone help me out with this as I know I have to have them each day..? X

Sorry but we would be allowed to post this as it would be a breach of SW copyright. I think the best thing for you to do is go along to a class even if it is only for one week. You'll get the books with up to date information on the plans, a introduction from the consultant explaining everything which is invaluable, and a password that will last for two weeks - long enough for you to go online and make a note of the syn values for all your favourite foods. There are nearly always new member offers that make this very affordable.

Good luck!

Oh ok that's fine thanks for your help I'll go along to the class
tomorrow. Just a bit nervous to go to a
class! Can u just turn up or do u have to ring up
first?? X

Mine are always the same: 42 gr Branflakes and 350 ml skimmed milk of which I use some for the cereal and the rest for tea throughout the day. That way I get a healthy start to each day and have had my HE's without even thinking about it.

you just turn up at the class and let someone know that you are new honey :)

good luck!!

Or if you're worried give the consultant a ring first and she will be looking out for you. Don't worry, everyone will be really welcoming and it really is way to get your weight loss off to the best possible start.

42g! Ive been having 28g! My sheet is old now tho has it changed?

Cant believe ive been missing out on 14g of yummy bran flakes a day :sigh:

I have to say I do find it hard to know what ALL the HEX are, and the weights, esp for cereals and crispbreads.

Even the book doesn't have a comprehensive list, and you can only find this online. As it is a drop down menu (and I am on a mac) does anyone know how you can print this out?

They always seem to be changing it too. I remember years back when they used to produce a sheet with the magazine which showed any changes to syn values and HEX's - very useful.

I thought they were all 28g. Its such a small portion, that I have it in one of my little girls plastic bowls

You can actually have 42g of these
Kelloggs's All-bran
Morrison's Crispy Apple Bran Cereal
Tesco Hi-Fribre Bran
Weetabix Crunchy Bran

And a couple of Vogel's ones as well.
