At last i might be successful losing 2 stone

hi all this is my first day feel very positive am sooo pleased i found this forum might be the answer to my prayers lol. i am 52 and have been "dieting "for 30 years unuccessfully losing a few pounds but putting a few more extra ones back on ending up 3 st heavier than when i started and now am over 50 find it even harder to lose the weight and stick to any diet for longer than a few weeks b4 i get fed up with going with out all the foods i love hopefully i will be able to incorparate them into this way of eating without going stupid, have started on an up day and want to have an up day every sunday its the only day i have a real problem with it means i will mess the up/down cycle up but will have to address that when i come to it if anyone has any ideas feel welcome to tell me any help and advice appreciated :devilangel:
 
weds up day

breakfast- small bowl blueberry-filled bite sized shreddied wheat with skimmed milk and a coffee.
lunch- chicken,watercress,cranberry sauce and light mayo sandwich in seed sensation bread no butter
banana.
dinner- ham roll with potato salad and hot cross bun.
snack-pkt sweet chilli satin crunch crisps
m&s count on us lemon mousse

not as bad

as i thought thank god for sugar free jelly was a life saver mind u its only 7pm anything could happen this evening have saved a bowl of soup for later got half the jelly left and still got the kit kat to eat. :devilangel:

friday 26th march up day

got through last night ok but had curly wurly instead of kitkat thought it would take me longer to eat it especially as i had put it in fridge to harden. onto today
breakfast- 2 slices multigrain toast with smiggin of flora light 2 poached eggs.
lunch- chicken,watercress and onion chutney sandwich.
dinner- chicken, parsnips,sprouts, carrots, peas and gravy.
snacks- curly wurly
m&s count on us lemon mousse
300ml skimmed milk for drinks through the day.
 
Curly Wurlys are great aren't they?? I love them and not many cals! Sometimes I put them in the freezer, yum yum!
