Hi all

I am on day 10 of my first time of Lipotrim and have definately found this week much easier. For all those on there first few days it really does get easier so stick with it.

I just wanted to know if anybody else had suffered cramps in their ribs and legs. They have been waking me up every night since about the 5th day. I am drinking a minimum of 3 litres of water a day so dont think it will be lack of water??

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

i have the same problem i have a nagging pain in my back under my ribs god knows what this is tho but will be asking my pharmasist when i go 4 my weigh in 2morrow. i also have had problems with my legs getting really bad pins and needles wich pass quite quikley so im not 2 worried. as this diet provides us with all the vitimins and minerals we need i am unsure if maby we need a lil more of 1 vitamin perhaps.. will let u know what the pharmasist says 2morrow

I get the pains in my back, just feels uncomfortable no matter what way you sit. I was putting it down to losing the weight quick and having nothing in your stomack! but i'm no doctor :)

dont get any cramps in my legs or anything though and even the back pains wouldnt wake me up.

are you due totm or anything, I found that a nightmare for the pain

I had the exact same problem with cramps in my legs for the first 2-3 weeks, then all of a sudden the stopped. I spoke to the pharmacist about them and she recommended keeping my legs warm at night (hot water bottle did the trick for me). Hang in there, I'm sure it will pass.

funny i've had trouble with my calfs when driving I can feel the cramp building but thankfully hasn't become fully blown.
