OMG - great loss this week!

I lost a whopping 4lb this week! I was over the moon!! I think this was down to 3 things:

1. it was star week last week and I only lost 1/2 so I've lost a bit of water
2. the gym is finally paying off
3. my C gave us a snazzy spreadsheet to fill in which has really helped me to control my syns this week. I'm going to do it again this week to see if I can get another loss though I'll be happy with a lb! (oh, and I still had 70 syns this week too!)

Really chuffed as I've lost 8lb in 3 weeks and at this stage of the game that's unheard of for me! Have re-discovered my love for SW and am determined to get to target and do this final push.


1 stone to goooooooooooooooooooooo!!!

That is soooo fab Stacey!! It just shows that it's possible to have good losses even at your stage in the game when you've lost LOADS of weight and haven't got very far to go!!
