gym on ss+?

hi all, just wondering how many of you go to the gym on ss+ plan?
im itching to join but my cdc says maybe to wait until im on 810 plan. what's your experience of exercise/ ss+? will be good to hear if any of you cope on so few calories, thanks x

anyone help?

hi

i've always exercised on my plans no matter how low they were. last time i was very into my running and was running on my ss plan. i ran right into the 12st range and i was doing 5 to 7 miles before i needed to move up. i was doing 3 x running and 2 x gym a week.

this time round i've carried on running since day 1. i'm up to 25 mins running time twice a week as well as general gym work, body pump class, pilates, swimming etc etc and i'm on ss!

if you are interested in doing the gym then do it. take it easy. drink plenty of water. if you don't feel good e.g dizzy sit down, drink water and leave the gym!

Though it wont make a difference really with weight loss, exercise is great for the health benefits, but be careful of doing a lot of cardio as this can slow your metabolism.

The weights are great though and wont have the adverse effects that cardio can have. Take it easy :) Some gentle walking. A bit of swimming. Much more of resistance stuff though :)

thanks to both of you, better get my trainers dusted off then lol x
