i normally manage about 3-4 L of water a day. i have worked 3 very long (13.5hrs) shifts this week, its probably that....not working for a few days now, i will have loads of rest. hopefully it wont last as i want to get to my goal.
many thanks for your replies.

Hiya, I deffo got aches and pains the first few days, not so much now on Day 10 but I still get the odd ache in the morning. I think this is normal. We're just adapting to a very low cal regime. I reckon our whole body reacts, but I actually believe this is a good thing. Its like we're detoxifying every bit of us, this is my take on it anyways and our whole body has to adapt. I for one am not too worried because I feel like Im healing my body now rather than abusing it the way I used to. I hope this helps. Also get plenty of rest and be good to yourself until your body gets used to it. All good, no worries, I would say
