i have a mild cheddar that has 0.0g of carbs but according to the atkins website all cheese has sime carbs in it

so how will i calculate the carb value of 0.0carbs? lol

No calculation needed, it's 0.0 carbs.
 
I have cheese from Iceland and was also wondering that too as it says its 0 carb, so thats answered that question, thanks!

I read on the Atkins board that if a food has 'up to' 1g carbs the producers can list it as zero. Cheese does contain some carbohydrate, which is why on Induction it is limited to a total of 4g per day. This total should include soft cheeses and even cream.

Weigh and measure, and follow the Atkins advice, to be on the safe side.
 
That's not true in the EU Girly, they are supposed to list even the decimal fractions.
 
yeah i have seen food with 0.1g carbs on
