Hi everyone, I am new to the forum so I thought I would say hi and reflect on my journey so far.
Week 1 - Did not experience any headaches or weakness which is a bonus. Found it weird that the feelings of hunger pass so quickly in the early days of the plan.
Week 2 - Feeling great. Seeing results in my face, shoulders and upper arms. Finding weekends the hardest as I miss social eating and the odd glass of wine. Took my son to McDonalds, the chips looked so tempting but made do with a black tea. Cannot believe I have stuck to the plan and not cheeted once.
I have my doubts at times that I will not make it to my goal of six weeks in total, as I miss food and wine so much.
I plan to re-feed for a week and then start on slimming world. Is a week refeeding realistic ?
I know six weeks to some may not seem long to some who have a longer journey to their target and I salute you all . I have read some of the posts and I am encouraged by how strong and supportive everyone seems to be.
