Morning ladies and gents!
I was here many moons ago, trying CD, but failed miserably!
BUT i did it another way and just watched what i ate and im now ....... wait for it........
12st13lb!!
BUT im going to see the CDC today because i need to shift the last 2stone.. and i seem to be stuck at 12st13lb and have been for a few weeks no matter what i do..
Getting married august 2011, going on holiday in 17weeks, so want to get it shifted before then..
