hi guys just a quick question just been nandos for a lovely tea had 1/2 chicken medium i took all skin off is this classed as free on ee??

I read somewhere on here that it is about 4 syns for half chicken xx

I had this today - i took visible skin off and i classed it as 4 syns to be on the safe side....xxx

well in my book it does not show them anymore just the dressings but 4 is good on the safe side andnandos is lovely
