I lost over 2st on SW a year or so ago, then went off and put the lot back on, so here I am.....

Thanks Debz. Yep back to SW, but doing it alone. It's worked well in the past I just need to get past that dip in motivation when I gave up before!
Hello I have joined today. I am planning to join SW again eventually but cannot afford it right now. I am planning to weigh myself at Boots each week and have just found out exactly how much I weigh. Gasp!
