Having done CD previously and struggling to restart I decided to give LL a try.
I'm near the end of my 3rd week on LL without any blips but have decided that the group setting is not for me (some of the group aren't very friendly) and have decided to come back to CD.
I have enough packs to last until Friday and will start CD on Saturday - should I still continue be in ketosis when I do the switch - anyone else had any experience of this?
