Just typical!

Today is my first day back on SW. I'm very focussed this time, as I don't want to be a porky bride! getting engaged has given me something to focus on. I thought it'd be easy today... LO is sleeping great until 6:30am or so, instead of 4:30-5am as usual... I'll be wide awake and ready for anything.

...or so I thought. I have what I think is a chest infection, and LO has come down with it too yesterday. At 3am today I got woken by him. Went into his room and his bed was covered in sick, over him, the bed, the wall... eeeeverywhere, eww!!!! So after cleaning him and stripping the bed he was wide awake for the day

Early start for me today, and unwell... which leads me to the question...

How many Syns in Lemsip? Lol.

I think they are 2 syns per sachet

you'd be better using lemon in hot water with paracetamols, saves on syns that way

I would take medicines whatever the synnage! after all 2 syns is approx 40 cals or something - nothing to be too overly concerned about.....plus you will feel better faster! x
