Hi, I don't really post here but wanted to share my Cambridge story. I started ss in April last year and reached goal in November. 100 pounds lost. Didn't cheat at all. 5 days in total off plan for a holiday. Had a tummy tuck and lipo just before Xmas to get rid of loose skin. Now in size 10 clothes! It's really unbeliveable, this time last year was size 22/24! The diet is so worth sticking to. It's changed my life.

Well done hun!!! I love CD too, it's the only diet that has ever worked for me to get to target!!! I love it and won't consider any other diet now. xxx

Where did you get your surgery done?
I'm going to get lipo to my thighs eventually.x

Will post some pics tonight. Tummy tuck n lipo done at spire hospital Leeds. Consultant and all nursing staff were super. I was suprised at how straight forward everything was. No pain at all and was up and about the following morning, for the first week to ten days skin just felt a bit tight. Was a bit swollen for the first 3 weeks, now stomach completly flat and scars healing great.

Can I ask, did you get TT and Lipo done on the NHS? What are the criteria for this. I know I will have loads of loose skin when I'm done and it scares the pants off me!

Each PCT is different. Some wont even look at the funding

Best to find out what PCT you are under and have a look at their own criteria. I had to be 6 months around target, ive seen some that have to be 2 years!

Keep going Tash, you have lost nearly 2 stone already and we all struggle, but you just have to keep going. There is light at the end of the tunnel....promise
