I have set myself a new challenge. Not to jump on the scales everyday.

So, my plan is to stay on track, food and exercise wise, daily and weigh on MONDAY only.
 
good for you, i think weighing everyday puts alot of pressure on you but saying that i think regular weighing is a must to be able to measure your progress good or bad. weekly should be fine although you might find you can't wait for a week to go by!!
 
I only weigh in once and week and the few times I sts'ed it proper ruined my day. I can't imagine weighing in most days cos I'd probably feel like that every day. I think you might be better off doing it too.
