Hey all,
Was wondering if you can help me, I bought Asda Fruit Salad Packs, the Berry one (250g) It consists of grapes, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries.. does anyone know if these packs are free as I have read about canned fruit having syns..and I was wondering if these fruit salad packs have something in it to keep fresh. When I type the nutritional info on the calculator it comes up as 6 syns on all plans.
