they are good in the first 4 weeks as you are on limited cals, then you go to your personal allowance, but it will also depend on the individual, also you will be eating low fat
 
The exercise in class is fun and no one cares if you go wrong ... we all do ... as long as you keep moving.

I have lost all of my weight attending RC classes.
