Extra Easy Missing B choice

Hi, I've mentioned my lack of A choice in an earlier post but ensure I have daily calcium, but I'm not getting my B either. I eat plenty of fruit & veg, would this make up for fibre ? How will this effect weight loss ?
 
I always use my Healthy Extras and I don't feel it affects the weight loss (thus the reason it's built into the SW plan). You should really try getting at least 2 HEB's in if you are doing Red/Green or 1 if you are doing EE.
 
If you don't have your hexb you're not sticking to the SW plan.;)

Exactly what I was going to say :p

The plan is made up of free food, superfree food, HEX's and syns. If you omit one of these choices you are not following the plan correctly.

Someone once said on here, and I'm sorry if I misquote but it was along the lines of...

" If the doctor gave you 4 tablets to take for you to lose weight, would you decide to miss one of them out and only take 3?"

Eat your HEX's!

I found it difficult to have my Hexbs as I don't eat cereal or bread. I do like the odd cereal bar but when I don't feel like those I munch on dried apricots. I just love them!
 
make a meal of your HEX a's and b's!! one whole meal pitta spread with passata cheese and top with mushrooms pineapple sweetcorn chillies anything thats free and grill it like a pizza! i have that with a big side salad and SW chips!

oh and the other one is samosa sarnis!!

make a syn free samosa filling with some boiled peas potato and carrot, drain, mash season with salt, teeny bit of curry powder, and a drop or two of lemon jiuce place between two small slices of brown bread and stick it in the toaster!!

yumm!!!!
 
A tablespoon of olive oil makes a good and easy choice of a b without having to increase your fibre in put
